Your Millie Mattress is delivered personally by Millie’s Mattress Mates. It’s also never compressed or vacuum packed (as we believe that can affect the shape and durability of your mattress) so we deliver it and place it in the room of your choice FREE OF CHARGE to most parts of the UK. Please check our delivery map before ordering to ensure you are eligible for free delivery. Areas not covered, please email for a quote. You will receive an email to confirm the day of your delivery. On the day of your delivery we will call you 1 hour before arrival.

Any order specifying delivery to an address, other than the payment address, must provide a copy of a utility bill, with the payment registered address on it, dated within the last three months.


At Millie Mattress, we are confident that you will love our “All In One” Mattress. If you are not completely happy with your new “All In One” Millie Mattress, you can contact us within the first 100 days of your delivery date and we will come and collect it free of charge and give you your money back.

You have a legal obligation to return the mattress in perfect re-saleable condition. Once the return arrives back at the warehouse it will be checked and providing the mattress is still in perfect re-saleable condition, a refund for the full amount will be processed. If the mattress is not in perfect re-saleable condition, then a deduction will be applied. Your refund will then be processed.

What if I order the wrong size mattress?

We have a measurement guide as to the size of our mattresses, therefore a failed delivery, due to the customer not measuring correctly, will incur a £69 failed delivery charge due to our delivery costs. Should this happen, the mattress must be unopened and still in its original packaging. We will then send out another mattress, of the correct size, at the same time.

Can I use an electric blanket with my All In One Millie Mattress?

Yes, you can.

Where is the All In One Millie Mattress made?

Each Millie Mattress is handmade in the UK by a National Bed Federation Approved Member. All the materials used, including the foam, are CFC free and all components comply with UK fire regulations BS7177 (low hazard for domestic use) the most stringent in the industry.

Your Warranty

At Millie Mattress, we are committed to manufacturing quality products that offer outstanding value for money for our customers. For the best possible results from your mattress, it is IMPORTANT that you read and adhere to the following guidelines.

Caring For Your “All In One” Millie Mattress:

  1. You should unpack your mattress carefully to avoid any damage. Be careful if using sharp instruments and keep any wrappings away from the reach of children.
  2. Your mattress may have a slight odour to begin with, but this will disperse over time. This is perfectly normal and the chemicals used are non-toxic; however, please allow the mattress time to air properly prior to initial use. Continue to allow the mattress to air on a regular basis throughout its initial use to speed up the dispersal of any odours.
  3. Regular rotation of your mattress is necessary to allow the foam to settle evenly. We recommend a rotation of 180 degrees on every bedding change. This will also enable the fillings to settle evenly. Even with regular turning and/or rotating, some impressions will remain in the mattress, which is normal. Be careful when rotating your mattress as the foam can easily be damaged and pulled away from the edges.
  4. Your mattress should be kept on a solid base for best results; however, bases with slats should not have gaps any wider than 5cm (2”) or the warranty may be affected.
  5. Your mattress is designed for even weight dispersal whilst sleeping. Sitting on the mattress edge for long periods of time may cause stress and damage to the mattress, which may affect the warranty.
  6. Your mattress may have a removable cover, which should be dry-cleaned. We do not recommend cleaning the covers via washing machine or a tumble dryer as either could shrink and damage the cover.
  7. A mattress protector should be used to keep your mattress clean. Spillages and soiling on the foam may affect the performance of your mattress and also your warranty.
  8. If you have never slept on a Memory Foam Mattress this will be a whole new experience and will feel different to more traditional mattress constructions. Please allow a period of time to adjust to the sleeping surface before realising the benefits of this mattress type.
  9. Do not remove the fire label on your mattress. This has your individual batch code. Removal will void the warranty.

How does the 5 Year Warranty work?

Guarantee Overview:

Millie Mattress provides the buyers of our product with a limited guarantee against certain product defects for a period of 5 years from the date of your purchase. In the event of a defect, we will repair the defect or replace it with a then current comparable model and size of mattress.


Who is eligible?

This limited guarantee applies to original purchasers of genuine mattresses from milliemattress.co.uk. This limited guarantee is not transferable to any subsequent owners of such mattress.


What is covered?

All defects as defined below are covered for a period of 5 years from the purchase date.


What are considered defects?

The following shall be considered defect mattresses that meet the below criteria as determined solely by us:

  1. Visible indentation or sag of the mattress greater than 1 inch that is not a result of improper use, an improper bed, bed base or foundation.
  2. A manufacturing flaw in the cover zipper, this does not include zipper breakage resulting from improper or overuse of zipper.
  3. A physical flaw in the construction of the cover such as fabric fading or stitch unravelling that does not result from improper use.


What is excluded from this limited guarantee?

Issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not subject to this limited guarantee. The intended use of your mattress is for sleeping, resting and laying on. Any other use of this mattress shall be considered misuse of the mattress and will void your limited guarantee.


Exclusions from the limited guarantee include but are not limited to:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Any improper use of the mattress.
  3. Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
  4. Stains, tears, burns and discolouration that occur over time and/or are caused by you.
  5. Indentations, sagging or body indentations less than 1 inch deep.
  6. Personal opinions or preferences regarding the softness, firmness or attributes of the mattress.
  7. Any mattresses purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted or any way not in possession of the original owner.
  8. Physical damage to a mattress caused by you.
  9. Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.
  10. Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.
  11. Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton or other materials.


How do I make a claim for this limited guarantee?

Upon receipt of a claim, you will receive a response from us within 10 working days.


What is your remedy from this limited guarantee?

In the event that we in our sole discretion determine that your defect is legitimate as per this limited guarantee, your sole remedy will be a repair or replacement of your mattress with a comparable size and model mattress. In the event that your size and/or model is discontinued, we will provide the most comparable product available as a replacement at our sole discretion.

How do I know if I need a new mattress?

Waking up tired or sore:

Do you often wake up feeling like you didn’t sleep? Or is your body stiff or sore in the morning?
